The Stoperstein team in Bad Homburg, Germany were the inspiration for this website ,which is a tribute to the life of Ellen Chudy, and the lives which touched her.

Ellen (né Rothschild) was born and spent her childhood in Bad Homburg, but was forced to leave in her late teens following the rise of the Nazi’s. She found refuge in Africa (the Rhodesia’s) which became home.

Her written memories were compiled into a PDF book which is featured here and this website is being constructed to provide wider context to that.
